The City of Northline is fictional. This site is a design and engineering demonstration by Thirdhall. It is not a client project, and no real government, staff, residents, or data are represented.

What it demonstrates

• A homepage organized around tasks people come to finish, not the org chart.
• A guided permit finder that answers “which permit, what fee, what to bring” in one place.
• Agendas published as accessible web pages rather than scanned PDFs.
• A Spanish-language homepage as a starting point for language access.
• WCAG 2.1 AA as a build requirement, checked automatically on every page.
